Change your decision: . It is also in the footer of every page. You can delete site data from your browser settings.

4. Recipients and transfers outside the EU

Netlify, Cloudinary and Google process data as processors or independent controllers and may do so in the United States. Transfers are covered by the adequacy decision of the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (for certified entities) or, failing that, by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses. More information in the privacy policies of Google, Netlify and Cloudinary.

5. “Hand Tracker” tool

The Hand Tracker page uses your device's camera, only after you press “Iniciar” (Start) and accept the browser permission. The image is processed in your browser: it is not sent, recorded or stored on any server. The tool does not use your location, and that page does not set cookies or load analytics. When you open it, your browser downloads the tracking engine and models from jsDelivr (cdn.jsdelivr.net) and Google Cloud Storage (storage.googleapis.com), so those services receive your IP address.

6. Retention

Technical logs: those kept by the hosting provider under its policy. Analytics: up to 14 months (maximum period configured in the Google Analytics property). Emails: for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the applicable legal periods.

7. Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to hello@abeloner.com. If you believe your request has not been properly handled, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD, www.aepd.es).
